"I took out an auto insurance policy with Corkey Gorley Insurance Agency in Springfield when I moved to Eugene in 2007. A few years later I added renter's insurance and an umbrella policy to my little portfolio with State Farm. I was happy with the service I received from the folks at Corkey Gorley. When I called to pay my premiums the people I talked to were pleasant and helpful. I think the agency sent Christmas cards for a while. I was satisfied with the service I received but only because I had never received exceptional service like that which I have received from Katie Carl. During our meeting early in February we spent the better part of an hour reviewing my coverage, discussing changes that I might want to make and considering whether other services that State Farm offers might be useful to me.
